The Sarawak Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) opened its doors to businesses and companies doing business in the State when it was established and registered on 20th July 1951.

The objective of the Chamber is to promote commerce and industry amongst the diverse businesses in the State.  The Chamber has established itself as the communication channel for member-businesses with the Government of Malaysia, Government of Sarawak and other Chamber of Commerce & Industries.

DUBS telah ditubuhkan pada 21 Januari 1986 mengikut Seksyen 7 Akta Pertubuhan 1966 Malaysia.

DUBS hari ini mempunyai ahli berdaftar seramai 2808 Ahli menerusi 15 Cawangan DUBS seluruh Negeri Sarawak.

At the turn of the 20th Century, Chinese entrepreneurs began establishing Chinese entrepreneurial organizations in various cities and towns in Sarawak. They were self- governing entities and independent from one another.

The idea of forming Chamber of Commerce for the Dayak Community was mooted during K. L Seminar held in April 2002, under the sponsorship of YB Tan Sri Bernard Dompok and YB Datuk Amar Leo Moggie and officiated by YAB. Dr. Mahathir.

The seminar discussed in detail the issue of the lack of participation by Dayak Bumiputra in the field of trade, commerce and industry despite 30 years of implementation of the New Economic Policy that was tasked to increase bumiputra participation in business.

Founded in 2008, Sarawak Oil Palm Plantation Owners Association (SOPPOA) is a non-profit organisation comprised of a majority of oil palm growers in Sarawak, with membership from plantation companies of various sizes including government land development agencies as well as independent smallholders.

Sarawak Electrical Association was established 55 years ago with a group of enthusiatic founders and their will to have association united and moulded it to be a platform for power industrial businessmen so did it to social responsibility to make a better life and place to live in.

Sarawak Entrepreneur Association (SEA) is a platform to empower our young entrepreneur in the state and provide a networking platform from various industries and establish international networks as well.

The Central Working Committee (CWC) of Sarawak ICT Association (SICTA) is made up of 3 representatives each from Sibu Branch, Miri Branch, Bintulu Branch and Kuching Branch. All together, we have 12 Central Working Committee members.

Sarawak Digital Media E-Platform Association is an organization to gather the business together move towards digital, media and E-platform development.

The Sarawak Manufacturers' Association (SMA) is an independent organisation established on 20th February 1963 in Kuching under the Societies Act, 1966.

SMA members are drawn from all categories of manufacturing industries including Battery Manufacturing, Tyre Retreading, Cable, Electronic, Electrical Appliance, Sawmilling, Carpentry, Food, Beverage, Mechanical, Metal Industry, Paper Products, Printing, Paint, Plastic Products, Tile, Brick, Pottery, Roofing, Cement, Concrete Masonry, Transport Equipment etc. from Kuching, Samarahan, Sibu, Miri, Bintulu and Serian divisions. The SMA has 200 member manufacturers which represent a combined investment of about RM2,000 million employing some 60,000 workforces. The SMA is the largest representative body of manufacturing companies in Sarawak.

SME Association of Sarawak was established on 29th April 2019 with the objectives of promoting, providing supports, services and solutions towards the best interest of small and medium industries enterprises and businesses in Sarawak. Since the inception, the Association has been actively recruiting new members to its team and bringing realization of its existence and objectives to the sector.

Startup Entrepreneur Association Sarawak (SEAS) was founded in May 2020, with the purpose to discover, connect Sarawak start-ups and gives the Sarawak startup ecosystem a collective voice in society, business and politics. Startups face very different challenges than established company do. The SEAS is committed to create the business events and opportunities for the development of both entrepreneurs and startups as we believe it benefits our entire society. The SEAS sees itself as an umbrella organization representing various startups across numerous industries, regions and organizations. Our goal is not only to make Sarawak the most innovative and founder-friendly place in Malaysia.

ORANG ULU CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (OUCCI) was established as a society on 13th September 2019. The Chamber serves as a formal platform for members from the Orang Ulu communities to share ideas, problems, issues and resources, collectively seek solutions and opportunities, provide training, information and guidance and engage with Governments, Government bodies, businesses, business organisations, NGO's, financiers and consultants, as appropriate, - all with the overall aim of building a community of progressive, successful and respected Orang Ulu entrepreneurs.

SBE is the key industry association to promote business events primarily within Sarawak and Malaysia in general. One of its mission is to promote Business Events activities inclusive of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions (MICE) especially through education and training of her Members particularly and the wider industry in general.

STA (Sarawak Tourist Association), founded in 1964, was reorganized in 2004 to become STF (Sarawak Tourism Federation); membership to STA was open to individuals while STF comprises mainly of tourism-related associations.

Sarawak Forwarding Agencies Association (SFAA) was officially registered on July 13, 1979 and represents today a membership of 144 forwarding logistics and transport firms covering the State of Sarawak.

The Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association (MPMA), established in 1967, is a progressive trade association providing leadership and quality service to its members and the plastics industry.

Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) is the central organisation of private sector employers in Malaysia recognised nationally, regionally and internationally.

Persatuan Kontraktor Melayu Malaysia or Malaysian Malay Contractors Association (PKMM) was established to fight for the fate of Malay / Bumiputera contractors collectively in Malaysia. The association acts to champion as to voice the contractor's problems to the government.
